The key to growing Moneywort is to give it plenty of moisture. Sometimes called Creeping Jenny, it will grow in about any soil as long as it isn’t dry. We use Gold Moneywort in the front of perennial and tender plant combinations as well as a trailing spiller in mixed containers. It is resistant to deer browsing and provides an eye catching splash of pure gold when grown in full sun. Gold Moneywort placed in the shade will actually turn more of the green color.
