Torenia ‘Kauai Deep Blue’

Looking for an alternative to impatiens for flowering shade plants? Give Wishbone Flower a chance. If you look into the mouth of a flower, you can see the white wishbone shape made by a couple of stamens that curl together. Kauai Deep Blue has dark blue tubular blooms with white throats and a central spot of yellow. This selection has a nice mounding compact form and gives really good flower production during the heat of summer. Wishbone flowers work well in beds or containers and also attract a fair amount of butterflies and hummingbirds.
