From Mexico and Central America comes one of the most brilliant orange-flowering plants for summer containers. This particular species is amazing. We’ve grown other orange-blooming Justicias in the past and they just weren’t nearly as impressive. Justicia chrysostephana is more prolific in its flower production. We just love its huge terminal flower clusters and so do the hummingbirds. Orange Flame Justicia has great heat tolerance and will tolerate a little afternoon shade. This rarely offered plant is definitely something you will not find in the average garden.
